Ox Tail Soup; Sup Buntut;

Today, in the Korean canteen in our camp, Ox Tail Soup was served.
I was quite surprised that Ox Tail Soup was also in the Korean culinary world.
Ox Tail Soup was one of my favorite Indonesian food, where we called it "Sup Buntut", meaning "tail soup".
In Japanese food, Ox Tail Soup was served as a part of Ox Tongue meal or in Japanese "Gyutan Teishoku", and it was really tasty!
In my previous camp, I had it in Philipino canteen.
And just few weeks ago, my brother in Las Vegas took me to the Hawaiian restaurant in downtown Las Vegas, to eat its famous Ox Tail Soup. It was yummy, and the local as well as the tourist loved it since there was long queu despite it was after midnight.
It is interesting to know that there is common food in many countries.

The other common food I found when I traveled to many countries was DUMPLING, steam or fried.
In Indonesia, we eat a lot of dumplings. No doubt that it is one of the main food in Chinese culinary.
It is also one of the most favorite food in Japan, where it is called GYOUZA.
When I traveled Nepal, it was also one of the main local menu, where they called it MOMO.
I surprised when it was also one of the main local menu in Georgia, a country of past Soviet Union.
And when I traveled Poland last week, my friend took me to eat dumpling also there as a local food.
