This weekend, was full with I love Qatar :)Thursday night, it was the gathering with the I Love Qatar supporting members, Mr.K, the boss, his fiancee Ms.A, a lot of Qataris and few other nationalities.
This night was my first in two things, 1) entering the man-made island The Pearl, 2) having friendly conversation with Qataris!
In two and a half years, interactions with Qataris were limited to people at my working place and staff at desert tour. But this time is different. It was just a nice relaxing exchange.
Especially with Mr.K, a lovely intelligent smart funny young guy full with dreams.
The next day, we had also a relaxing lunch at Sharq Village, with Mr.K couple, and other two friends.
I got a feeling that I will love this I Love Qatar! :)
木曜日は、I Love Qatarというポータルサイトのオフ会に参加して、初めて人口島のザ・パールに入った。そこで初めて、カタール人たちと交流をした。 二年半のカタールの生活では、仕事場と、砂漠ツアーの時だけ、カタール人とかかわりはなくて、昨日は初経験。 そのポータルサイトのリーダーであるMr.Kは、チャーミングな若いカタールの男性で、その会にも参加した素敵な日本人女性と婚約している～ 金曜日も、このカップルと後二人の可愛い友人と高級ホテル・シャルクビレッジで、のんびり楽しいブランチをして、週末を優雅に過ごせた～ また長い一週間の始まりだ！
